Go read Comic Foundry… Now.

This next week, the second issue of Comic Foundry magazine hits shelves. Literally. Punches them to smithereens.

OK, not really. But the issue will be for sale, and you should buy a copy. The good folks over there sent me an advance copy (thanks!), and it’s a really entertaining read. Now in full color and chock full of entertainment and inanity, it’s easily the most fun comics magazine out there. Sort of like the exact opposite of The Comics Journal (which I also enjoy).

Some highlights of Comic Foundry #2:

  • A big Matt Fraction interview.
  • Percy Carey (of Sentences) picks the best Superman songs.
  • A list of the best superhero-themed underwear.
  • Escalation of the Comic Foundry vs. Wizard war.

And it looks like a couple of features by yours truly will make it into issue 3, so expect a whole lot more shilling in another few months.
